Auction

March 14th, 2010

The 5th annual Brunswick Main Street Auction will be held March 14, 2010 at the Brunswick City Park Building. The doors open at 12pm for registration and preview of auction items. The Auction begins at 2pm.

We are happy to announce that John Rickard of Rickard’s Auctioneers will be back to serve as auctioneer and former Maryland Delegate and Brunswick’s own Rick Weldon will once again emcee the event. The afternoon promises to be enjoyable and exciting as the two, along with their assistants, entertain the crowd as they work the bidders for the highest bids. There will be many unique treasures, one of kind opportunities, and useful items for sale. Great bargains will be found all afternoon.

This year for the first time, there will be a Silent Auction in addition to the live Auction. Gift certificates, special services, and smaller items will be offered in the Silent Auction.

Lunch will be available beginning at 12pm. Sandwiches, soup, desserts, and hot/cold drinks will be available for purchase.

Proceeds from the Auction help to support Brunswick Main Street’s ongoing downtown revitalization projects. By supporting the Auction, you are helping to make a real difference in the Downtown.
